The dues are currently $500 a year and are due generally by March 31st of every year. HOA fees pay for routine neighborhood landscape maintenance, water, electricity, security system, repairs, legal fees, insurance and the upkeep of community common areas such as cabana, swimming pool, lake and the tennis courts.

Yes. We are always seeking additional volunteers to serve on our committees: Architectural Review Committee, Social Committee, Tennis Committee and Landscaping Committee. If you would like to volunteer in any one of these areas, you may post your interest to the Board Members using the CONTACT US section of the website.

The term for the board members is one year and expires in March of every year. At that time, elections will be held to select board members. Any homeowner or current board member may apply.

Any changes or additions to a residents yard or the outside of their homes must receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This includes, but is not limited to, porches, decks, patios, fences, storage buildings. The "ARC Application" form can be downloaded from the DOCUMENTS page of the website, which can be accessed from the menu on the top. Although the ARC attempts to answer all requests quickly, please allow up to 45 days for a response, as stated in the covenants.

There are many reasons to submit an Architectural change request , the biggest being for your own protection. In the future, those who serve on the Board of Directors may choose to change the design guidelines. If a guideline were to change that puts you in violation, having an approved request allows you to be 'grand-fathered', thus preventing you from being cited for the violation. Another reason for submitting the request is to show other owners in the community that the changes you make are considered aesthetically pleasing, although another owner may not like your taste.

The amenities area hours of operation are from 8AM till 10PM. This includes the pool, pavilion, tennis courts and the play area. The swimming pool is typically open from May through October.

A refundable deposit of $50 and a Pool Pavilion Reservation Form should be submitted to the Pool Committee. You must be a resident of Rosemoore Lake and in current standing with HOA dues. Please check the events calender or contact the Pool Committee to inquire the available date and time.

It's Monday. The garbage is collected every Monday mornings including the recycling and yard waste. Advanced Disposal is the service provider for our community.

While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter the email ID you use for accessing the website and click Submit. You will receive an email that will contain the temporary password. Once you re-login with your temporary password, the change password page will be prompted where the password can be reset.
